Recently my parents both started facebooking.
It started with my mom.
My cousin was patient and ambitous enough to sit my mom down, set up an account for her, and send out her initial wave of friend requests. I was pretty surprised when I got a friend request from her at 10:00pm, I had to do a double take.
I accepted my mom's friend request. No harm there right.
Well then it was just a matter of time before my dad jumped on the bandwagon.
And yes I accepted his friend request as well.
And now he's taken over my Live Feed.
Yup, it's true. He's been accused of being addicted to facebook...he of course claims it is a wrongful accusation.
According to this flowchart I did the right thing by friending them both. However, I might be having friending remorse for accepting my dad's. There is no shortage of videos, quotes, poems, scripture references, talks, facebook gifts, when it comes to the stuff my dad feels inclined to send me. Would it be mean to remove him from my live feed?
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! That's hilarious!
ReplyDeleteI say no, it's not terrible to remove him. You're not 'unfriending' him, just being selective about what you want to see from him.
this made me giggle :)
